These Terms of Service govern your use of the QIgenius platform operated by Dr Sidra Bukhari ("QIgenius", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

QIgenius is a clinical audit and quality improvement platform designed for healthcare professionals. It provides tools to plan, conduct, and document clinical audits and QIPs, and to generate AI-assisted reports.

2. Eligibility

QIgenius is intended for use by registered healthcare professionals in the United Kingdom. By registering, you confirm you are a healthcare professional using the platform for legitimate clinical governance or professional development purposes.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Access to the full platform requires a paid subscription billed annually.
  • A free trial period is offered. Your card will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew annually. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@qigenius.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Enter identifiable patient data into the platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI report feature generates draft reports based on data you provide. AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid only. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking clinical responsibility for any reports you use or submit. QIgenius does not provide clinical advice.

6. Your Data

You own the data you enter into QIgenius. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

QIgenius is a productivity and documentation tool. It does not constitute clinical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. We are not liable for any clinical decisions made on the basis of platform outputs.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
